Our refund policy explains:

  • The work has been divided in phases and we get paid accordingly. For all sales, use, property or similar taxes and all customs the user is responsible
  • All purchases from the Papamarketing.org site are final. If user is in any doubt about any transaction so he/she should contact Papa marketing immediately to ease the issue. One of the person from customer service team will contact you and speak about the problem.
  • The beginning of projects starts with proper planning and creation of scope of work on which both Client and Papa marketing do agree
  • There is no refund in case of SEO project and projects moved to development phase.
  • There will no refund for the amount of work that has been completed.
  • We do not offer refunds on payments that has been left dormant for more than 30 days
